Mission and Vision

Our mission is to develop a transparent and inclusive digital infrastructure that empowers individuals, institutions, and governments to see where we stand—through real-world data and lived experience; recognize misalignment between systems and societal wellbeing; and collaborate on the solutions needed to course-correct.

Critical Services

Ground-Level Investigation
We engage directly with the environments we assess — through research, fieldwork, or embedded participation — to understand operational systems, real costs, and everyday user experience.
Systems Analysis & Legal Benchmarking
We examine structural behaviors, incentives, and enforcement mechanisms in platforms or institutions, and compare them to relevant legal frameworks, contractual obligations, and ethical norms to identify misalignments.
Policy Interface & Reform Dialogue
We communicate identified gaps to relevant policymakers and regulators, offering concrete evidence and reform suggestions based on observed harm, risk, or contradiction with legal standards.
Collective Coordination & Risk-Safe Advocacy
We help individuals affected by systemic issues to connect, document patterns, and act together safely — without requiring public exposure or putting themselves at personal or financial risk.
Dialogue & Accountability Structuring
We initiate structured, written dialogue to question misalignments, seek clarification, and offer resolution pathways. Our method tests coherence, legal integrity, and willingness to engage.
Legal Documentation
We translate real-world issues into formal documentation suitable for submission to regulators or for legal action — including evidence structuring, issue clustering, and authority-specific formats.

The Critical Mass Foundation is developing a public-interest digital infrastructure to map, visualise, and preserve records of systemic complicity in crimes against humanity. Our next major initiative is a dynamic archive of grave atrocities, corporate-state entanglements, and live-impact dashboards. We are not a media outlet. We are not an activist group. We operate as a legally grounded, data-driven platform. We are now inviting lawyers, developers, researchers, data analysts, and investigative professionals to join this long-term mission. Participation may be anonymous and is governed by a founding charter that permanently prohibits privatisation or misuse.
